When creating a new shell, use ShellFoundry to do it.
While you may be tempted to simply copy your code in bulk, it's far safer to simply create a new project then copy in the code bits you need.
If you don't create a new project and get all of the name space changes done correctly, your Shell will not be able to upload your shell.
Also, the updated version of ShellFoundry supports an 'extend' feature as well.
