For TestShell version 5.0.157
This article guides you how to export into CSV files the following TestShell components:
- TestShell resources
- TestShell topologies (and routes)
- Attribute values
- Download the attached RMExport.exe
- Copy theexeto your TestShell sever machine (recommended)
- Run theexewith the following syntax: RMExport.exeSERVER_NAME TESTSHELL_USER TESTSHELL_PASSWORD OUTPUT_FOLDER
- For example use RMExport.exe Localhost admin admin c:\temp
- Resource - contain 1 file with all the resources
- Topologies - eachtopology ascsv file
- Routes - for each topology itsroutesincsv file
Now you can copy the output folder to the new TestShell machine and deploy your resources and topologies there
Attached the driver builder template project file and the EXE file.
Do you have the source project for this so it can be updated for 5.1?
FYI, the .exe cannot be executed without the RMExport.exe.config file that is generated in the project compilation folder.
