Summary: When attempting to activate a license you may receive the error message "Unexpected Error. Please contact support". Please note that the license token activation process requires access to http://support.quali.com on port 80 using a secure connection. If this port and connection type are blocked then token activation will fail. At this point a license file should be requested from support based on the PC fingerprint which may be obtained from the application wizards.
