Cisco shells - Configre show cdp nei while setting up the vlan

Add to the shell the capability to enable ‘show cdp neighbors’ on the standard vlan service.

For ‘show cdp nei’ to work, configure the following lines on the interface:

no cdp enable

l2protocol tunnel cdp

This configuration needs to be done by the shell while setting up the vlan on the interface, because otherwise it will be wiped out.
