Prior to upgrading from v8.0 to v8.3, Quali had assisted in making the List View the default view when selecting a sandbox. The upgrade reverted the change, and I'd like to know how we can restore that setting for our users. Most users don't see the majority of the sandbox components and as such, the List View is often preferable for them and allows for easier navigation.

Hi Joe,
I'm happy to report that this feature is now available as part of the 9.2 release.
The EA is available to download if you wish to test this and provide feedback.
You can know specific with a configuration key if you prefer this view as the defualt one:
https://help.quali.com/Online%20Help/9.2/Portal/Content/CSP/LAB-MNG/Sndbx-Lst-Vw.htm?Highlight=list%20view
To set List view as the default:
<add key="ShowListViewByDefault" value="True"/>

Hi @joe.beaulieu@tylertech.com
I see you also opened a ticket for that, I'll answer you over there.
Since this is a specific customization that was done for you and is not some configuration that is currently available for all, it's not fully documented and should be applied for every version.
Yaniv
I also suggest to open it as an idea in the idea box, to be able to configure this behavior.
