I am trying to deploy the Quali SDK 9.0.0.1667 in a private network. The VM has access to the internet via a SOCKS 5 proxy. When I browse to the system, and I enter my API token, it fails. How can I get a license installed so we can start using this? I tried to find instructions to generate a fingerprint, but I can't find the fingerprint.exe on this VM at all.
Thank you, --Edwin

Hi Edwin,
Thanks for opening this question.
I suggest opening a ticket in our support portal so we will be able to share logs and find the proper solution for the case.
Thanks,
Tomer

Thanks. Can you please provide a link to the support portal so I can create the ticket? Thank you.

Hi Edwin,
You can go ahead and use the Submit a New Service Request link that you see when logged in to https://support.quali.com. Just fill in the form with as much information as you can and we will get back to you. - Steve

I do not see any "Submit a New Service Request" option. When I click the "Support" link with the life preserver, I just get linked back to the same page. Can you provide a fully qualified link that I can click? Or maybe there is a phone number I can call?
